Orders

The order contains the production data. Some data can come from ERP, and you can type it manually. These data are needed to start production, and a flow is mandatory. The other part of the data is the tracing data. The tracing data is recorded in the order. x4Trace makes it possible to stop an operation and restart it again later (for example, a week later) and handles this as two separate operations.
Trace production.

Tracing data: Data is created during production. x4Trace attaches data to a part when the part passes the operation. These data are ready for reporting. The source of these data can be a PLC, an inspection machine, a camera, or the operator. You can set the data to collect in the operation settings.

Downtime.
Production control: You can start downtime for an operation. In this case, every PLC, operator, and terminal involved in production will stop until downtime resumes. The downtime data will also be tracked.
